So, we had some nice summer gigs. The Power Festival in La Louviere was nice. Always happy to play in Wallonië. Somehow they always make us feel very welcome there ... Kinky Star Olympics @ the Gentse Feesten was awesome. You can check out the whole live show on the Kinky Star Podcast right here. Fonnefeesten was cool too. Not too many people out there when we started, but by the end of the show there was a pretty good crowd. And now we just got back from Hellevoetsluis, where we headlined the second stage. The rain caused some technical problems on the main stage, so we were quite happy to play on the small one ...

We're not planning too many gigs anymore. At least not until the new album is finished. So if you'd still care to see us in 2008, you better get your ass to Torhout (25/10) or Brussels (15/11).

Worrrrking hard. You can see Cloon a couple of times this summer. After that, all our time and energy will go to our new album. So get ready for World Domination!

Hitting the studio this week to start with the preproduction of our debut full-album. Hopefully we'll get some labels excited, so we can release our first full lenght baby by the end of this year. Your perfect X-mas present for 2008 ...

A late happy 2008 to all of our Cloonville-residents. We are happy to announce that 2008 will be an amazing Cloon-year. We'll be hitting the studio in march to start with the pre-production of what will be our first full-lenght, which should be released somewhere after the summer. In the meantime, we'll be releasing one hell of a kickass video of "Phantom Days", directed by Fredy Polania. More updates coming soon ...

Back home from an amazing tour with the Claws! We had the time of our life, gigs we only could dream about and the best band we could ever imagine touring with. Yepyep. We're packed, set and ready to go kick some German, Swiss and Austrian ass. Only 2 days left until we hit the road with Clawfinger. Be sure to listen to Studio Brussel's VOLT next monday. We had 2 great gigs in our home-area this week. Last Wednesday in Ghent, and this Saturday in Deinze. Both were really cool. Thanx to everyone that showed up. Next stop : Muziekodroom Hasselt. Our very first gig in Limburg (we know, it' a shame). Again, a show with free entrance, so no excuse to stay home.

We told you we had big news coming up. Well, it has finally been confirmed : CLOON will be the main support act for CLAWFINGER during their European tour. 12 Shows in October, touring in Germany, Austria and Switserland. No need to say we are extremely happy with this. Hopefully this will open some doors for us ...

Both shows on "De Gentse Feesten" were fun ... loads of fun. Thanx to everyone that showed up. You can find some very cool pictures on Genthology's website. Check 'em out. Next gig in Hove, by Antwerp ... other bands playing : Radio Infinity, El Guapo Stuntteam, ... be there! It's gonna be great.

We will also be shooting our very first video in August. Fredy Polania has selected us to appear on the soundtrack of his upcoming movie "CABRAS". If all goes well we'll start shooting on August 15th ... song for the video is Phantom Days!

We also might have some pretty cool news coming up. But until we're 100% sure we'd rather not say much about it. But expect news somewhere after the weekend.

We're very happy to announce that we will be playing twice on this years GENTSE FEESTEN. You can see Cloon on july 14th in Café De Nauwe Zak, and on monday july 16th in the Charlatan.

Hi folks. For all of you living in The Netherlands ... we're invited by our friends Luuk & Sas to play at the Stompin' Festival in Hellevoetsluis! Cloon has signed up with SELLABAND, a new website/concept which allows people to "invest" in bands they believe in. Believers pay $ 10,00 for a "share" , and when a band succeeds in finding 5.000 believers , the money will be used to record a professional CD with a top producer... every "Believer" receives a special limited edition CD. We know, 5.000 is a lot, but it's worth a shot ...

We finally did it! The new Cloon-website has arrived. Lots of news since our latest update on our previous website. Let us give you a short summary :

Our debut EP was released on november 30th, with a kickass release concert in The Charlatan Club in Ghent. The place was packed and we sold over 100 copies of a special limited edition EP - box that same night. In the meantime, those special editions are almost sold out (5 or 6 still available) and we're thinking about re-releasing it as a "normal" CD.

Apart from our special edition EP, you can also download our album through iTunes ... WORLDWIDE! So if you can't get your copy on a show before they're all gone, there's still a way to get those fantastic-cloon sounds in your CD / MP3 player. Just click your way to the iTunes store and look for Cloon. Digital release by The Wack Attack Barrack, Belgium's finest digital label!

Almost one month ago, we went on our first UK - tour, together with our buddies from Bulls on Parade. Five kickass shows in very cool clubs ... and we've met some very cool people over there. We're pretty sure this wasn't the last of us they heared over there. The last show of the tour was recorded on DVD, and we've put some new tracks (LIVE) on the video page!
